Who We Are
A63 Digital Limited (“A63 Digital”, “we”, “us”) is a digital agency registered in Ireland, company number 765877. Our registered office is Knockroe, Kilcoole, Greystones, Co. Wicklow, A63 P024.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. If you have any question about it, email info@a63digital.com or ring 01-5924936.
What This Policy Covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use a63digital.com, contact us, ring our AI receptionist demo line, or become a client, and what we do with it. It also explains your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
It does not cover the websites we build or manage for our clients. Each of those has its own privacy policy, and the client is the data controller for it.
The Data We Collect
When you contact us
If you fill in a form on this website, email us, ring us or book a demo, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in your message.
When you ring the AI receptionist demo line
Our demo line is answered by an AI assistant. The call is recorded and transcribed so we can show you how the service works and improve it. We collect your phone number, the recording and the transcript, and any details you give during the call. The assistant tells you at the start of the call that you are speaking to an AI.
When you visit the website
Our website collects technical information about your visit: your IP address, browser, device, the pages you viewed, how you got here and how long you stayed. This is collected through cookies and similar tools, which you can control through the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.
When you become a client
We collect the information needed to do the work and run the account: contact details for you and your staff, billing details, access details for your website and marketing accounts, and the business information you give us for the project.
How We Use It and Why
We use personal data for the following purposes, each with a lawful basis under GDPR:
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo or quote. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have a legal or similar effect on you.
Who We Share It With
We use trusted suppliers to run our business. They process data on our instructions and can’t use it for their own purposes:
- Website hosting and email: our hosting provider in the United Kingdom, and our email provider
- Analytics and advertising: Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only where you have consented to those cookies
- AI receptionist demo: the telephony, speech and AI providers that power the demo line, which process the call audio and transcript
- Payments and accounts: Stripe, GoCardless and our accountants
- Project tools: the task and file-sharing tools we use to deliver work
Our website is hosted in the United Kingdom, which the European Commission has recognised as providing adequate protection for personal data. Some other suppliers are outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
We may also share data where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
How Long We Keep It

- Demo line recordings and transcripts: 90 days, then deleted
- Client records: for the length of the contract and 7 years after, as required for tax and accounting
- Website analytics: as set out in the Cookie Policy
- Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe

You have the right to:
